I continuousy see people being taught about negative calorie foods, and, well, I am skeptical of them. So, I did some research. From what I found, This Link seems to best support the case against negative calorie foods. I am not saying that what I found is necessarily the truth, but I do believe that it is best to be skeptical, especially when something sounds too good to be true.

So I had a 90 calorie thing of yogurt this morning, I just took a stackers and I'm going to do yoga and my Slim in 6 DVD. I wanted to head to the gym but it's pouring out and the very idea of trudging across campus in the rain is not appealing. Slim in 6 is a good workout, though. Anyone ever try it?

Should I get a Lean Cuisine meal for dinner, around 200/300 calories? Or should I make a boca burger with some veggies?
